Overview
Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG) provides Information Technology Advisory Services, Research Reports, and Lab Reviews to IT professionals and vendors. Their existing website was built on a blogging platform, and they realized they needed a more robust CMS (content management system) with e-commerce capabilities for creating, managing and selling content online. ESG produces quite a bit of research on a regular basis, and the site soon became disorganized, difficult to manage and was not user-friendly. Additionally, the company was not taking full advantage of e-commerce opportunities on their existing website.
Solution
ESG is utilizing the Slatwall e-commerce platform with Mura CMS to manage all research content and purchases with features including:

Results
- More flexibility and personalization for visitors through “MyESG” web pages. Content is organized according to categories, and web visitors can subscribe to and receive updates on only the content in those categories that they are interested in reading. The system also stores all purchased content such as research and lab reports through the life of the registration.
